I am not prepared to lift the block at this time, as it is not evident from your emails that you have understood why your edits were problematic, nor have you proposed a new username or given any assurances that you will not continue to write about your school. Thank you for taking the time to look into this for me – as a school, we really appreciate your support.

I’m sorry that I haven’t provided a new username yet, I have been with a group of students. I can’t always reply as quickly as I would like to as I am with them for a function – apologies.

As I said, I am new to this so it is a steep learning curve.

I have understood why you have blocked me, as explained it was a mistake on my behalf as I was testing whether anything would come up on the page. I certainly have no reason to cause a problem! I have read what was posted about advertising and whilst my title is about publicity, my aim is for Chichester High School to have a page of its own. We merged is September 2016 (nearly two years) and I would like the school to be recognised on Wikipedia.

I can give you my assurance that all I want to do is somehow……create a page like the CHSB and CHSG ones.

I thought I might be able to get some help.

Your proposed username is still not acceptable. It cannot be that of a group or organization("staff" is a group) per the username policy. Your username must indicate that you are an individual user. You don't have to use your real name, just something unique to you that indicates you are an individual. If you wish to indicate your school in your username, a name in the format of "YourName of TJWCHS" would be acceptable. Thank you for your help, yes I totally understand the conflict of interest terms and understand the paid editing policy. I would just like to have some factual information about the school of Wikipedia ,like the CHSB/CHSG pages are. Headteacher name, established, location, our colours, our uniform etc so Chichester High School features like what Bishop Luffa, Chichester Free School and Ormiston Six Villages Academy and the other schools in the Chichester/West Sussex area.
