New entry - Shaun R Hayes

This is not my first entry or edit. I gave up editing several years ago because anything submitted is rejected (way before the my only other attempt you see here) ((also i thought I submitted the history of a few hospitals so maybe I inadvertently have multiple accounts?)). When I first joined in the early years, it was much easier. Anywho. I would like to submit entries. Any help is greatly appreciated - Also yes, in case it needs to be said I realize i dont have enough written for an entry, but I also do not want to waste a bunch of time submitting an entry that will be fully rejected.
