This is Starshinegalaxy here. Thank you for reviewing the draft on Shanti Raghavan. The reason you stated for the decline was 'Conflict of Interest' whereas I'm not associated with the person or the organization in any personal way and have provided all my sources of information possible. Could you please help me understand the problem areas of the draft which I can work on for it to be accepted. It would be a huge help.
