The Wikipedia prohibition against making personal attacks and making threats against other editors is non-negotiable. You are welcome to dispute and discuss content, and people (including me) are trying to engage with you and help you understand how we expect editors to interact on Wikipedia. If you refuse, and continue to attack or threaten other editors, and continue to make unfounded personal accusations, you simply will not be allowed to edit.
