Welcome![edit]

Hello, Superstar 1978, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Draft:Andrew John Harper, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

New to Wikipedia? Please consider taking a look at our introductory tutorial or reviewing the contributing to Wikipedia page to learn the basics about editing. Below are a few other good pages about article creation.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Again, welcome! Spiderone(Talk to Spider) 11:08, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the tips. I appreciate the help. As you can see I did reference 3rd and 2nd party sources. I will be adding further sources, my father put my Grandfather's flight logs on line so that can be verified too, I just need to obtain full details. He was also head of the motor, carpentry and metalworking pool at Linton on Ouse and my grandparents are buried in the churchyard at Newton where they lived.
This is a work in progress and I'm going to have to track down some paperwork to finish it.
Best Regards

Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing hoaxes, such as Draft:Andrew John Harper, is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. This isn't a hoax I am that person and that is my biography. I have literally created multiple billions of pounds worth of intellectual property and your suggestion of hoax is potentially libellous. Superstar 1978 (talk) 10:12, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Do not make comments that may be interpreted as legal threats. Such comments are taken very seriously and can result in your account being blocked by Wikipedia administrators.
All that aside, it is highly inadvisable for you to write about yourself, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 22:24, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I quite agree that you should take legal threats seriously, however I would point out to you that my response was because of the treatment I received. Firstly under the US constitution I have the right to freedom of speech and freedom from defamation of character. Secondly calling my biography a hoax violates that second sub point. I was telling you the truth. I am merely asking you to respect my rights under the law and don't understand why you are being so defensive of your wrong position. Please explain. Please see Wikipedia:Free speech. Editing Wikipedia is a privilege, not a right; you do not have unrestricted freedom of speech here. Wikipedia is a private website with its own terms of use - it is not a forum for unregulated free speech. The goal of Wikipedia is to build an encyclopedia, and it restricts speech and activities that conflict with that goal.
As stated in the conflict of interest page:

As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia's mission is to provide the public with articles that summarize accepted knowledge, written neutrally and sourced reliably. Readers expect to find neutral articles written independently of their subject, not corporate or personal webpages, or platforms for advertising and self-promotion. Articles should contain only material that complies with Wikipedia's content policies and best practices, and Wikipedians must place the interests of the encyclopedia and its readers above personal concerns.

As well, Wikipedia is selective about the content it includes. A person must be notable by Wikipedia's definition to merit inclusion as an article topic. Notability is defined as already having significant coverage in reliable and independent sources. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy on biographies of living people, then someone not connected to you will probably create an article about you eventually. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 04:12, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
When I was taught history I was taught primary sources are important, of which I am one. There's a reason for the lack of press. I have suffered from depression and did a lot of my work through noms des plumes until I could get treatment (as you might expect losing 5 relations over as many years didn't help). I can assure you that articles will be written now I'm over it because that is my biography. The family link to the Bush and Nixon family is real. The Pope family was based in England in the 17th century and are my common ancestors with them. I believe that my father was on ancestry.co.uk and that was how we found the link. I will be doing the work to get the sources together and this absolutely is not a hoax. I really did email the Home Secretary the weekend before last about the Jehovah's Witnesses committing genocide and you are welcome to email the UK home office to confirm that fact. The first time Let It Go from Frozen was performed was me singing it as I walked last my old secondary school. The story will out.
Best Regards
