Copying between articles, unsourced material in BLPs

Am I correctly assuming that you are cutting and pasting large portions of articles into others in all your editing other than Sanjay Govind Dhande? Could you instead summarize the portions instead and clearly identify where the material is from?

As for Sanjay Govind Dhande: Information in biographies of living persons needs to be well referenced, much better than other articles. --Ronz (talk) 15:15, 27 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
