You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for promotional editing. Your rapid-fire creation and recreation of the same drafts under various titles and your move-warring to get them into article space have all of the hallmarks of WP:UPE contrary to Wikipedia's Terms of Use. I have no doubt at all that you are either a sock yourself, or part of a promotional sockfarm, both of which are a violation of WP:SOCK.
