Your proposed username seems OK; however, it will help the administrators decide to unblock you if you explain what exactly it is you did incorrectly and why it is incorrect. People who simply promise to 'follow all Wikipedia protocols' will sometimes say so without exactly understanding what they had done incorrectly.
