Hello, Tofu jail, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Brianda and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Login, without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. ☾Loriendrew☽ (ring-ring) 01:02, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Brianda (Wiki Ed) and Ian (Wiki Ed): This is frankly ridiculous. They should know better than to attempt to move a regular article to the title of their draft if they were taught right. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 01:41, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Tofu jail, if you do vandalism like this again, you will lose your editing privileges on this project. Wikipedia is not a place to goof around. Stick to working on your class assignments. If you have questions about editing on Wikipedia, please bring them to the Teahouse. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 04:32, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Blaze Wolf, Liz: Thanks for the ping. I will ask their instructor to intervene and try to figure out what's going on here. Sorry about this mess. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:11, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

Hello, Tofu jail. Thank you for your work on Min Chung Sik. User:Netherzone, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

Hello, and thank you for creating the article on this important Korean photographer. I made a few improvements, adding several citations, and content on two exhibitions (in Seoul and in Los Angeles), de-orphaned the article, and removed some unsourced, promotionally-toned content. I also added a couple "citation needed" tags in-line for statements that need to be sourced and verified. Lastly, I have a question, I notice his name is spelled two ways in the article, Min Chung Sik and Min Ch'ung-Sik, which is correct?
