Proposed deletion of Roxanne Starr

The article Roxanne Starr has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Notability seems to be coming entirely from Comic Vine. Some of the sources do not mention Starr, and the ones that do are only in passing, like a caption for an image. I am unable to check the two physical sources, but researching this subject to improve this article has not been successful. WP:NN
