Changing logo and uploading it to Commons[edit]
Hi. Your edit changing the logo of ISA ([1]) may be a bit problematic. However, if you add commons:Template:PD-textlogo to it you should be fine. See commons:Commons:Image_casebook#Trademarks for details. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 02:52, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
Your username[edit]
Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "ISA-editor", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Trammel Museum of Art". However, you are invited to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you personally, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", and "WidgetFan87".
Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people, and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, or website, regardless of your username. Moreover, I recommend that you read our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please create a new account or request a username change that complies with our username policy. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 02:53, 30 July 2014 (UTC)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of ISA Research Committees, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.isa-sociology.org/rc.htm.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. Speedy deletion nomination of ISA Research Committees[edit]
Hello Trapper3205,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged ISA Research Committees for deletion, because it's too short to identify the subject of the article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. NHCLS (talk) 18:10, 25 November 2014 (UTC)

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:23, 9 July 2018 (UTC)
ISA's logo[edit]
Thank you for the logo update. I think the logos are so simple they are not eligible for copyright, so I've changed the template to {{PD-logo}}. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 09:46, 13 July 2018 (UTC)
