Those links are helpful for getting the list started. Feel free to begin the list with specific ideas if you have them. I gather, from the links, that showing the massage techniques, or at least the most common (if there is one), would be at least one illustration. I have put together a sketch for the fundal massage technique. You can view it here: http://vhenryart.com/fundalMassageSketches.jpg - I am not sure if the labels for the underlying anatomy are necessary. I suppose they are helpful, though. What are your thoughts? I think an image to illustrate the four Ts (can show all causes in one image) would be a good addition. Another useful illustration would be one to show the intrauterine balloon in place. The benefit of doing these illustrations is that they can be included in other articles where their subject matter is mentioned, too. What do you think? Hello Doc James! More than a year later and I finally got back to finishing these. I have uploaded the massage illustrations to Wikimedia and I would like input on any changes you think could be made. When you've had a chance to look at them and they are deemed good-to-go they can be added to the article. Here they are:

Do you take requests? Do you have favorite subjects? Realistically speaking, how many images like that one could you produce in a year? (It looks like a lot of work.) I do take requests. It's always good to have another project waiting for when the current one finishes. As for favorite subjects, I like scientific and medical but I enjoy illustrating just about anything. Within the medical field, I am fascinated by everything (from gross anatomy to the cellular level); to list a favorite would be impossible! I don't have a number of how many images per year since it all depends on what I am doing outside of the Wikipedia project. You might want to look over Category:Wikipedia requested photographs of medical subjects, keeping in mind that the request for "photographs" often just means "any kind of image". As usual on Wikipedia, most of the tags are unexplained and some of the tags may be outdated, so if you disagree (for example, because the page already has a couple of images), you can always pull the tag off the talk page. Yes, I think an image there will be helpful. I also agree, the Netter one is great. All his pieces are great! I will put this one on my list. I am not far off from finishing the PPH images, just haven't had too much time lately. But, I'll be wrapping them up soon and then moving on to sketching out an idea for the Cushing syndrome article.
