License tagging for Image:Banner2005.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Banner2005.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 00:04, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

Please do not add commercial links (or links to your own private websites) to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links to the encyclopedia. See the welcome page to learn more. Thanks. Having these links on your user page is fine though. Please stop. If you continue to use Wikipedia for advertising, you will be blocked from editing. Philip Gronowski Contribs 18:31, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Philip Gronowski Contribs 18:35, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Verocastro for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familliar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Philip Gronowski Contribs 19:05, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you are that famous person, please be aware that editing your own Wikipedia article (provided you are notable enough) is often advised against, and could be seen as an attempt on vanity. Please discuss future changes with another user, or on the article's talk page. Thank you. --Slgrandson 19:09, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
