Turan article

[edit]

It seems to have been a mishmash of spellings. I'd be happy if you standardized on armour throughout and got rid of the excess whitespace. That should satisfy other editors as well. Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 17:48, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, another user also said I should use "armour" everywhere, so that is what I did. I don't know what you mean by excess whitespace though. Victory799 (talk) 17:56, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Tiger 1 infobox

[edit]

I have reverted your recent change on the article Tiger 1. Reason for this is that you removed newlines, disrupting the source structure for the infobox more than your edit contributed additional information. If you edit again, please make sure you only add the information you're trying to add, without removing said newlines. DynCoder (talk) 00:51, 28 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, thanks for the explanation. I wasn't aware of these newlines being removed and didn't do it intentionally. I simply added two countries to the 'Used by' section. I didn't touch anything else in the infobox. When I looked at my edit, the infobox appeared to be working fine. I don't know what this newlines is, and clearly every time I make this edit, it seems to accidentally remove the newlines, so can you please do the edit for me without these newlines being affected, or explain to me how I can make my edit without the newlines being removed? Victory799 (talk) 23:18, 28 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Are you using the Visual Editor? I have seen this happen before and I think it might be something to do with the editor being used. I believe the VE thinks comments should not be separate lines in an infobox or something. I will do the edit for you real quick, no problem. DynCoder (talk) 03:06, 1 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I use the Visual Editor. Thanks for the edit though. Victory799 (talk) 15:54, 1 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
