If there were any doubt about the meaning of your user name, the huge image on your user page would resolve it. You may not be aware of our username policy. It appears to me that your user name is designed to offend other users by suggesting that a huge section of the Wikipedia community is antisemitic. I don't think it is unreasonable to interpret this as a form of trolling. Offensive and disruptive user names being explicitly forbidden, I ask you to choose a user name which does not have these problems. Since there is also a concern that you might be a returning user, I think the proper procedure in this case is WP:Changing username. This is just a request from a relatively experienced editor with no special privileges, and you are not obliged to follow it. However, in that case you will find it hard to plead ignorance.
