Proposed deletion of Wayne Ray[edit]

The article Wayne Ray has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Essentially unref'd BLP (vital stats are ref'd, but to an interview; interviews are not usually good refs. Notability issues (cannot find any refs good enough for a BLP). In addition, subject wrote the article, but I would think that he regrets that now. I won't explain more but if PROD refused plz notify me and it *must* go to AfD.

Proposed deletion of RBG Herbarium[edit]

The article RBG Herbarium has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I'm afraid I can't make sense of the lead enough to try to make it more clear. It is not an article about the RBG Herbarium. A list of seeds and what appears to be the donors of the seeds does not appear notable.

Proposed deletion of Wayne Ray[edit]

The article Wayne Ray has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:CREATIVE. Being a secretary/treasurer is not the same as having produced an important body of regularly-cited work. Also fails WP:GNG - most of the sources currently in the article fail WP:RS and/or do not cover the subject in significant detail. The only reliable sources I could find that cover the subject are along these lines [1], which makes this a textbook BLP1E.

Proposed deletion of Canadian Poetry Association[edit]

The article Canadian Poetry Association has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable organization. A search of Google News for "Canadian Poetry Association" turns up exactly TWO hits, both brief passing mentions. Of the sources currently in the article, one is primary and the other appears to be published by a very minor press that I can't verify even exists. Article is basically advertising copy/spam which was written by one of the group's own members, Wayne Ray (talk · contribs), and later edited extensively by his sockpuppet, Haiku Tea (talk · contribs), after his first account was blocked.
