Homer Simpson

In case you feel we are just reverting you for no reason, here is a detailed explanation for our reversal of your edit to Homer Simpson. 1. No one is being "racist" because they are reverting your edits. Someone removing any information to do with Barack Obama does not constitute racism. 2. This is not an episode "all on the election", it is the opening sequence of a Treehouse of Horror episode, which has not even aired yet. This sequence lasts about two minutes, and does not even relate to the plot of any of the episode's segments. Also, the fact that it's a Treehouse of Horror episode means that it isn't even canon within The Simpsons universe. It is therefore not notable. 3. This is a cartoon, and is therefore not real. Homer does not vote for Obama because he does not and will not vote for anyone, because he doesn't exist. 4. It is a joke, as is the entire sequence. Homer intends to vote for Obama but his vote is counted for McCain, so actually he didn't vote for Obama at all. Additionally, he also says in the segment "I only meant one of those votes for McCain". Therefore, the sequence is obviously not meant to be serious. 5. Finally, above all of the other points, Homer's article does not need to contain specific mentions of lines/scenes/jokes from any episode, (unless they are highly important or famous) as it is a broad overview of his character. And especially not jokes which have not even aired yet, and thus had no coverage to prove their notability.
