Your repeated addition here is a problem. The sources you are adding might be sufficient to support a claim that a Slovenian inventor was one of those who patented another early helicopter design. However it is not enough to support a claim that this was an influence on the F 61. It's certainly not enough to justify placement in the article's lead.
I'm having trouble reading the sources, owing to the language issue. However I can see the following problems:
- There is no indication that Focke was aware of this patent, or influenced by it.
- Focke was influenced by Cierva's work on autogyros. In particular the cyclic pitch control through the rotor head. There is no indication of any such mechanism in the Slokar design.

I am not Historician and specially I am not specialised in the field of history of Helicopter development and inventing but I find this information in book of Sandi Sitar (1987) Sto slovenskih znanstvenikov/Hundred Slovenian Scientist's and Darinka Kladnik (2008). Zgodovina letalstva na Slovenskem-od začetkov do današnjih dni/History of Aviation in Slovenia-from the begining untill today. ZIP-Zavod za intelektualno produkcijo. str. 325. COBISS 242534912. ISBN 978-961-91035-6-2. Here is the part where talking about Anton Kuhelj who design "KS-1 Janez" airplane and others from the early of 20. century. And Anton Kuhelj says in 1937 that Focke based also on Slokar's patent.
Yes I know that language is problem. I should learn english to, to understand what some others say But this (that source is not in english) does not mean that this does not happend!
I suggest that some specialists make some study about this patent and try to find out what is truth.
