Speedy deletion nomination of Foundation for the National Institutes of health

A tag has been placed on Foundation for the National Institutes of health requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Need help with Foundation for the National Institutes of Health Wikipedia page

I need help developing the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health Wikipedia page. My last attempt ended with a deletion because of a copyright infringement of the FNIH.org, http://www.fnih.org/support/corporate. In the interest of full disclosure, I'd like to reveal that I am indeed the web administrator for FNIH.org and that I have the authority to donate certain portions of the website under the Creative Commons licensing agreement. The Foundation for the National Institutes does good work and it's a story that deserves to told. If that is not agreeable to you then I will certainly rewrite the article in my own words. I just needs some assistance as to what is acceptable to Wikipedia.

Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The long and short of it is that we need a verifiable release of the material under a free copyright license compatible with our license in order for us to use it (if properly released and the material was used, attribution would still need to be provided to the source to avoid plagiarism). It's not that I don't believe you that you have the authority, but that an assertion of authority by a person using an anonymous account is, rather obviously, not the best evidence. Please also note that even if you release the material properly, much of it is quite promotional sounding and would need to be rewritten anyway. We require articles to be written from a neutral point of view. This was full of peacock language and ad-speak and of course only mentioned glowing material and no criticism, as is the norm for the most organizations when they describe themselves. It also contained highly unsuitable material such as first person statements, e.g., "Each of our partnerships is unique." This is the problem with people writing about topics with which they are closely associated (see WP:COI). I suggest, if you must do this, that you start it as a subpage and ask for review at the help desk before going live (which would be by moving it to the mainspace). Finally note that the article did not cite any secondary, independent, reliable sources that verified its facts, nor established notability.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 19:54, 20 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps releasing the copyright puts all parties involved in a awkward position, I will rewrite the article in a more neutral less glowing tone for the Foundation for the National Institutes if Health.
