If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on A2 Wind Tunnel requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Specs112 t c 18:48, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

About the your wind tunnel article

[edit]

As the CEO of your company, I understand your situation, but, as nobody seems to have mentioned before, what we put on Wikipedia is not judged by factuality or how much info an article has. Instead, we judge articles with our notability policies. In general, the subject of an article must have ample coverage by multiple independent third-party sources to prove that it is notable. The admin that passes by will check for sources just in case, but your article will have a better chance of surviving deletion if you put those in in the first place. This may sound like a lot of work to do, but it is more simple than you think. My best advice would be to learn how to reference, so in case your article is deleted, and that wind tunnel picks up a lot of publicity later, you can make a well referenced article. Another tip: If you aren't done with writing your article, you can make a draft and work on it until it is finished. Thanks for reading, and happy editing. A tag has been placed on A2 Wind Tunnel requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. • I deleted the article in question. It's possible for you, as the copyright holder, to licence it in such a way that we can verify you're who you say you are, etc. But it's generally a bad idea - text you'd write about yourself is generally not remotely encyclopaedic, so it's likely to be re-written or deleted quickly. I'd recommend you look over Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and Wikipedia:Notability before thinking about contributing to a Wikipedia article on a subject you're involved with. The very short of it is that Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, so it's just a summary of what independent parties have said about a subject. If there aren't good, independent publications about the subject, we won't include an article about it (since there's nothing to summarise), and the style and tone reflect that it's a summary (i.e., it shouldn't be the same as what a company would say about itself, since the focus is different, companies usually put positive spins on themselves, many other reasons.) If you're really interested in it anyways, it's possible and we could discuss it further. Cheers, WilyD 16:49, 6 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
