Photo request[edit]

Would you be able to take a photo of Bluetongue Central Coast Stadium for that article and the Central Coast Mariners FC page? Don't know what the best angle is, perhaps from down on the foreshore, shooting between the bridge and the roundabout? Thanks. -- MyNameIsNotBob 07:24, 27 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Taken and placed on the site, I may be able to get one of the outside one day but im not sure when, I hope this one will tide the page over till whenever.Woldo 10:09, 2 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Turnbull & Asser[edit]

I've tagged Turnbull & Asser for speedy deletion as a repost of previously deleted material. If you disagree with the original deletion then you should take up the matter at deletion review, or use {{hangon}} on the article page. Cheers Kevin 09:54, 4 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Turnbull & Asser[edit]

G'day Woldo,

thanks for your messages. Yes, I saw your talk message; I also saw you remove the {{hangon}} tag, so I assumed you'd changed your mind in objecting to deletion. In any case, the article was so terrible that there was no reason not to start from scratch, as I see you've done.

I have no objection to you starting from scratch, and am in fact very happy to see someone making an effort to replace crap articles with good ones. Well done. I'm not entirely sure why I'd have had to discuss it with you first before deleting the article if you'd improperly restored it (rather than replacing it with a decent stub, as you've done), though. fuddlemark (befuddle me!) 11:10, 4 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summaries[edit]

Not wasting time with edit summaries for minor changes greatly helps to get things done when there is much to do and little time. Doing the work helps the readers (tens of millions) who are much more important than the small group of editors. Chicheley 02:53, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sydney meetup[edit]

Hi, I got your name from this list, and thought you might be interested in a meetup in Sydney at the Alexandria Hotel tomorrow. I hope you can join us. Sorry for the late notice. --99of9 (talk) 11:36, 18 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
