November 2016[edit]

There have been two problems identified with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. -- GB fan 11:25, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your new username should not contain the word "blueberry". Alspo please read conflict of interest policy.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 12:17, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Not only can your username not be that of a company per the username policy, but you cannot use Wikipedia for promotional purposes. This is an encyclopedia. Unless you agree to change your name and agree to not edit about your company or its products, it is unlikely the administrators will unblock you. 331dot (talk) 12:29, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Blueberry London is a registered copyright by me, I hold all the titles and copyright for this name. Our intention is to develop a page where I can promote organic wear for children instead of chemical laced products. We are writing many articles that will go in this page, At the same time it will talk about my company. What is wrong with it? There are many such companies like Burberry, Mulberry, blackberry Why you would not allow me to use my company name? As an individual we made contributions to your CEO when we requested for contribution to keep wiki alive, now I have set up a organisation like Burberry etc, and want to build information around organic clothing through various articles, just cannot understand the yuor guys discriminating against my startup

You are not allowed to use Wikipedia to promote your startup, because it is an encyclopedia (click the link if you don't know what one of those is) and not a marketing platform. You are also not allowed to have a username in the name of your company or a username that is in any way promotional. Yes, Wikipedia carries articles about notable companies (see WP:NCORP for the relevant notability guidelines), but those companies are not allowed to have their own company user accounts or to use Wikipedia for promotional activity. Should your company some day satisfy the requirements of WP:NCORP then a disinterested third party will be welcome to write an article about it. THANK YOU< YOUR EXPLANATION WAS NOT CLEAR ENOUGH AS TO WHY I CANNOT HAVE BLUEBERRY LONDON WHERE THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES likE BURBERRY ON THIS SITE. I WILL KEEP RECORDS OF THIS INCASE I WANT TO CONTEST THIS IN THE FUTURE> WE WILL JUST STOP USING WIKI> GOODBYE> YOU ARE WELCOME TO DELETE OUR ACCOUNT

Please don't use all capital letters, that is considered yelling. Accounts cannot be deleted; if you don't wish to use it, simply stop. The existence of other companies' pages on Wikipedia does not automatically mean that yours merits one as well. This is an encyclopedia, where article subjects must be shown with independent reliable sources to be notable. Further, those pages were likely not written by someone associated with the company. Please review conflict of interest. 331dot (talk) 12:48, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I wish you luck in your startup, but you first have to be notable to have an article here, you cannot use Wikipedia to generate notability. 331dot (talk) 12:59, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
It is possible for your company to have a Wikipedia page if it meets our notability guidelines, Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies) and it is not written in a promotional tone. The sandbox version you created was just a copy of the promotional material on the company website. That is an additional problem as we can not accept copyrighted content. -- GB fan 13:07, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Global Fachion News is a production company based in Dallas, Texas, and as such is not an admissible Wikipedia username. Any name you choose must not contain the name of any company or organization. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 22:21, 27 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I've fixed the format of the unblock request for you, but you should fill in the "Your reason here" part before anyone reviews it - I suggest you include an explanation of what you would do if unblocked. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 19:50, 27 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

as required by wikipedia, we have changed our username and accept to follow the policies of wikipedia. Can I request you to unblock and change our name to Global Fashion New LFW. Many thanks. John

Who's "we"? Wikipedia does not allow shared accounts, and if unblocked this account must be operated by only one person. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 22:30, 27 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

No reason given to believe you understand why your edits have been inappropriate. Yamla (talk) 13:36, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you do not want to unblock please say, I will stop using wiki, Please do not drag the conversation. the account is mine and I managed it. let me know if you want to unblock, else forget it mate, just let us know.

Many thanks John

I have fixed the unblock request for you again - please stop copying an already-declined one, and instead use the {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} format. And please follow the instructions in the block message for what should go in the "Your reason here" part. There's nobody here dragging the conversation other than you, and as soon as you make an unblock request with an acceptable username and a convincing "Your reason here", you can be unblocked - the reason would need to include an explanation of what you would do to help us develop the encyclopedia if unblocked instead of trying to use Wikipedia to promote your own business, as you have been told several times.
