[edit]Hello Wwwit. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Manor House in Zglobice, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Wwwit. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Wwwit|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:32, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
- But I'm not employer. I'm rather an owner of Manor. But there is not anybody who knows more about history of the manor.I'm studing it for 12 years. Looking for information, talking with people. What will change if this article will set somebody outside? He can turn information during small changes.
- All information about manor are historical. There are no any information about services of hotel or restaurant. There are information for people who are interesting in history. Not for advertising.
- All over the world historical building have new functions. Thanks to that they still are and everybody can see them. A lot of them are hotels, and are present at Wikipedia.

Images
[edit]Hi, I noticed that you had uploaded the images used in Draft:Manor House in Zglobice as your 'own work'. This means that you almost certainly have some connection with the article subject, and I would invite you to disclose it now. Or if you don't have any connection, and have not taken those photos yourself but used someone else's photos instead, then you shouldn't have uploaded them as your own work, and I would suggest you remove them from the article draft and arrange to have them deleted from the Commons. Grateful if you could clarify either way - thanks! -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:08, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
- All of photos are my own. Nobody have photos like this about this manor. Wwwit (talk) 16:51, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
- Okay, then all the more so, you need to disclose your COI. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 18:24, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
- How to do it? (disclose COI). Should I make any information? Where?
- Sorry, but english language is not my first language, and I've trouble with Wikipedia law.
- Could You tell me exactly where to make it to be good. Wwwit (talk) 19:01, 16 December 2022 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Wwwit. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:18, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
- Hi, based on what you've told me on my talk page, you clearly have a conflict of interest (COI), and possibly are also engaged in paid editing. I have already posted a message here about the latter, and this message now explains more about COI, and how to manage that situation. Please take a moment to disclose your COI and/or paid editing formally now, to avoid getting into any trouble over this. Thank you, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:20, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
