File permission problem with File:Tel Tamer Road.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Tel Tamer Road.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

Hello Dougweller, Stefan2 and others, I noticed I have been blocked for copyright-violations and I went on to read the copyrights-violations (Rules) To Wikipedia and the seriousness of it, before when I was editing I was actually really new to wikipedia and did not properly understand how to use the account and I take full responsibility and confirm that I have made these violations / mistakes and I will not do it again, I have now learned to use wikipedia without copyright or any other form of violations on this site. I wont be an issue to the admins or anyone, I want to start over from today please, and if there is anything else I need to know *please message me if you like*, I hope you will understand and that you can take off the block from my name, thank you very much.
