Sourcing

[edit]

Hi, Znanie12. :) I appreciate your interest in improving the article Hospice, but unfortunately I've had to remove the content because it doesn't conform to our core policy on verifiability. The source for the sentence that you modified is this 2007 article titled "Russia's first hospice turns ten." They write, "Ten years ago the first hospice in Russia opened its doors to terminally ill cancer patients." If there is a source showing that another hospice was opened in 1990 in another part of Russia, we can include the information, but we need to cite the source that says so. Our knowing it is true is not enough; due to the nature of our project "original research" is not allowed.

If you have a source and need assistance citing it, please let me know. Alternatively, you can visit our Wikipedia:Teahouse or the Wikipedia:New contributors' help page for friendly assistance on any aspect of working on Wikipedia.

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy contributing here! --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:09, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
