Uttar Kumar is an Indian actor who mainly works in Haryanvi films. Kumar has acted into more than forty films including Dhakar Chhora released in 2004 which broke box office record by earning around 8.5 crore for film worth of around 4.5 lakh.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]

Uttar Kumar hails from Ghaziabad district of Western Uttar Pradesh. He completed his education at Allahabad University and is an alumnus of the AAFT.[8][failed verification][9] He started work as a teacher in primary School (Harbir Bal Vidhyalya) of her friend which is located before 1 km from behta hazipur railway station . He had the best friend in Behta Hazipur village named as Manoj Panchal. Who is also school principal in (Saraswati modern public school). Sushil dhama and yogendra dhama are also the good friends. They lives in Bheta Hazipur village .
