Van Buren Township is one of seventeen townships in Kosciusko County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 4,311 (up from 4,168 at 2010[4]) and it contained 1,946 housing units.

Van Buren Township was organized in 1836.[5]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.47 square miles (94.5 km2), of which 35.23 square miles (91.2 km2) (or 96.60%) is land and 1.24 square miles (3.2 km2) (or 3.40%) is water.[4]
