WELU is a full-power, religious television station in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico transmitting over digital channel 34, virtual 32. The station is a Christian Television Network owned and operated station licensed by Senda Educational Broadcasting, Branded as Victoria Vision and CTNi Puerto Rico.
