You could write: "OFTEN there are reports on...", or more naturally: "There are FREQUENT reports on..." because "frequent" is an adjective while "often" is an adverb. However "reports ON various noticeboards" can also mean "reports ABOUT various noticeboards", so my proposal is: "Various noticeboards, especially the incident noticeboard, OFTEN get reports..." undo
