13:21:40, 31 May 2017 review of draft by Junipero1737[edit]

I want to submit article regarding Mike Lewis but I do not know how. Junipero1737 (talk) 13:21, 31 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Juniper01737. In the gray box at the top of your draft, there is a small blue button at the bottom that says "Submit your draft for review!". If you click that, your draft will be added to our queue. JTP (talkcontribs) 14:41, 31 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I am requesting assistance because the above was rejected on the basis that it does not provide reliable sources. I gave refs from two of the best Spanish newspapers (Sur and El Mundo and also from a website under Hearst España). The reason I do not understand it is because I have noticed a long list of articles with the same topic -- already approved --that have only online refs or no refs - are you going to delete them? This is a partial list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alatriste https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anacleto:_agente_secreto https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cell_211 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unit_7 NO Refs. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/El_Hombre_que_Vino_del_Odio https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Black_Tulip_(1964_film) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capture_the_Flag_(film) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Castle_of_Fu_Manchu https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cervantes_(film) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Emerald_of_Artatama https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juanito_(film) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justin_and_the_Knights_of_Valour https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Light_at_the_Edge_of_the_World https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zip_%26_Zap_and_the_Marble_Gang https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuadecuc,_vampir https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umbracle

Please let me know what is the difference between my article (in terms of reliable refs.) and a hundred others? And also the winner of several awards in Spain is not important enough according to the reviewer!!! I am all astonishment. GinnevraDubois (talk) 14:34, 31 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The difference is that Draft:321 Days in Michigan (Film) has a non notable director Enrique Garcia, a non notable award Audience Award (Premio del Público) with a non notable cast Virginia de Morata etc, about a non notable person Antonio Chico García. 18:22:47, 31 May 2017 review of submission by Akashdutta1978[edit]

Why you are not accepting Mithu Mukherjee (Actress) page? She is very famous Bengali actress between 70-90 and Anita Guha is aunt of Mithu Mukherjee. Akashdutta1978 (talk) 18:22, 31 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Akashdutta1978. The draft has been declined for the reason stated on it and on your talk page: that although it's possible that Mithu Mukherjee is notable, the draft fails to demonstrate that she is. The only source cited is gomolo.com, which at first glance does not appear to have the characteristics of a reliable source. The draft needs to show that the subject received significant coverage from multiple independent, reliable, secondary sources. Because of the time frame in which she was active, the most likely sources are scholarly books about Indian cinema. Try a good research university library. --Worldbruce (talk) 00:37, 1 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
