Article in namespace

What was the motivation for moving this to namespace? It was previously part of the WikiAfrica project, and is not in the slightest bit encyclopedic on its current form. Greenman (talk) 14:57, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

Because as I was deleting multiple copyvios I found this. It had no explanation as to what it was supposed to be and looks like an article that got written in project space by mistake. Iff this is supposed to be in project space then it needs to be clearly marked as such. Enter CambridgeBayWeather, waits for audience applause, not a sausage 18:09, 22 August 2009 (UTC)
