Supporter pics

[edit]

http://www.fototifo.it has got a large collection of supporters images (mainly italian) released under a Creative Common. Maybe it could be an useful resource. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.38.79.109 (talkcontribs)

Hi! It did look nice at the first glance, but reading the licensing used on the site a little more careful showed that it was cc-by-nc-nd-2.0 which is not accepted on Wikipedia as it prohibits commercial use and derivate works. See the linked license on the site and the Wikipedia page on non-free CC. Thanks for posting anyway! – Elisson • T • C • 16:21, 12 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, (new to wiki, first comment) I have a English football website that I've been working on for several years. I noticed that some links in football related pages on wiki are to sites that no longer exist and my website has content that could replace these links. How would I go about getting them approved/added? Efooty (talk) 19:20, 1 June 2010 (UTC)Efooty[reply]

Post a link to your site here, and we can see if it fits in with Wikepedia's criteria. It has to be a WP:Reliable source, which would mean you are the first-hand reference and you are not simply copying stats or info from other places. Thanks for suggesting it GeorgeLouis (talk) 22:06, 18 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
