Wynnewood Manor is a limited-access, residential subdivision of approximately 220 detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s. Median age is circa 1955. Interior living space ranges from less than 1,000 to more than 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,400 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from approximately one-tenth to one-third of an acre with a median of slightly less than one-fifth of an acre. Access to the Wynnewood Manor neighborhood is from Lower Ferry Road onto Langford Lane.

After World War II Ewing Township grew rapidly, reflected by the construction of a variety of housing, including Parkway Village, Moss Homes, Wynnwood Manor and Fleetwood Village. Later subdivisions include Hampton Hill, Hillwood Manor, Sherbrooke, Hickory Hills and Village on the Green. By 1960, the population of the Township had grown to 26,828.
