I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Gay and Lesbian Teachers and Students Association (GaLTaS). Thanks! Qcne (talk) 20:02, 24 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Chrisdevelop Just wanted to say, I am glad this got moved to mainspace (even if it bypassed the AfC process). I was going to review it last night but fell asleep. I see you've had some frustrations using Wikipedia and getting involved in our byzantine guidelines and processes, but I hope that doesn't discourage you as you wrote an excellent article. Thank you, much appreciated! Chrisdevelop (talk) 08:30, 25 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Just dropped by to also give you encouragement, and congratulations, on the GaLTaS article. I suspect much of my feedback will come across as criticism, hopefully constructive criticism, and also involve WP guidelines etc. ProfGray (talk) 11:41, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! Replies on Talk Page. Chrisdevelop (talk) 00:35, 8 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Binnenstaat:I have undone this reversion, and ask that you leave my edits in place while you explain why you think that anti-LGBT crime is not under-reported. Chrisdevelop (talk) 00:38, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please continue discussion on the article’s talk page. Thanks. Chrisdevelop (talk) 00:46, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Pages using WikiProject Richard Wagner with unknown parameters indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 17:16, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I recently reactivated the WP:WikiProject Richard Wagner, whereupon dozens of redlinked URLs appeared, with Create in blue next to them. So I just clicked them all one by one - the last of which was this mysterous 'unknown parameters' thing. I have googled to find out what this category actually means, and still have no idea what it does, or why Wikipedia asked me to create it. So long as this won't deactivate the Richard Wagner wikiproject, I am happy for the Category to vanish. I would be grateful however if you could explain what the category is supposed to do, and why Wikipedia redlinked it and asked me to create it in the first place. Chrisdevelop (talk) 19:53, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have no idea what this category is for, I run queries to find empty categories and then tag them for speedy deletion since there are only a few exceptions where empty categories are allowed to exist (see WP:CS under C1), like category redirects or categories being discussed at WP:CFD. I don't know what more to tell you but empty categories are tagged and then deleted after 7 days if they are still empty. 00:32, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
@Liz: I see, thanks for getting back. I wonder why Wikipedia presented this Category as one needing renewal. Not recreating it seemed like an obstacle to being able to reactivate the WP:WikiProject Richard Wagner, pointed to by hundreds of articles. What I particularly want to avoid is the Richard Wagner WikiProject being deactivated again, as it is quite a big deal to put it all back together. I have contacted all the previous contributors to ask them if they would like to be made Active again. I am happy for you to revert my edit (with explanation) and restart the 7-day countdown. Maybe something will happen automatically. Chrisdevelop (talk) 00:57, 19 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
