[edit] Heatsink products
Arctic Cooling's first flagship product for GPU's is the Arctic Silencer graphics card cooler line. The cooler works by drawing cool air from within the computer case, passing it through a heatsink over the core chip, and then disposing of the heated air out the rear of the case, aiming to prevent circulation of hot air within the case. Arctic Silencers are only made for Nvidia and ATI graphics cards.
Arctic Cooling's latest flagship GPU cooler is Accelero series. It uses a large air flow rate through big heat sink and low speed fan with PWM control.[citation needed] Its fan has low yield rate. If the cooler is working at PWM mode, it will report incorrect RPM reading and may burn out due to transistor overheat.
Arctic Cooling created a fan that "floats" the fan on vibration absorbing mounts. This allows the fan to be quieter, but does not allow it to be mounted in the reverse position or for non-propriety fans to be put in its place.[citation needed]
Their flagship CPU heat sink fan is the Freezer series. The original Freezer 64 (for AMD CPU's) & 7 (for Intel CPU's) were developed into the Freezer 64/7 Pro series. In December 2007 Arctic Cooling announced a further upgrade, the Freezer Extreme, which is currently in its second revision. They also produce a low profile cooler, called the Freezer 7 LP, which is intended for processors with low thermal outputs.
[edit] Other products
Arctic Cooling also produces computer cases, under the Silentium product line. They are ATX and microATX form factor, and include their brand of power supplies, which use their floating fan design.
They also produce thermal paste for both graphic cards and cpus. They include both the MX-2 and MX-4 varieties, except the MX-3 which was discontinued.
[edit] Collaborations
Arctic Cooling also produces cooling solutions for several graphic card manufactures; in most cases improving cooling beyond the OEM cooler. These include but are not limited to:
