Balik Pulau is a federal constituency in Penang, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1974.

The federal constituency was created in the 1974 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

History

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Taman Sungai Ara, Bayan Lepas, Kampong Seronok, Sungai Batu, Telok Kumbar, Pasir Belanda, Gertak Sanggul, Kampung Masjid, Sungai Kongsi, Pondok Upeh, Balik Pulau, Titi Tras, Sungai Burong, Ginting, Pulau Betong, Telok Awak, Telok Bahang, Sungai Pinang, Pantai Acheh, Kuala Sungai Pinang, Sungai Rusa, Jalan Bahru.
