Clayton is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Clayton, on the Pakenham and Cranbourne railway lines. Clayton is classed as a Premium Station and is in Metcard Zone 2.

Clayton is located at the eastern end of the Clayton Road level crossing, with station access from Clayton and Carinish Roads.
The station consists of two side platforms; Platform 1 has a large weatherboard building housing an enclosed waiting area, ticket facilities and toilets, while platform 2 has a smaller weatherboard building. A large Metcard ticket vending machine is located inside the waiting area, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. Additional coin only Metcard & myki ticket vending machines are located inside the waiting area on platform 1, and at the entrance to platform 2.

Clayton station opened on 6 January 1880 as Claytons Road, and was renamed Clayton in 1891.[1] It was upgraded to a Premium Station in 1998.[2]

- Dandenong line - all stations and limited stops services to Flinders Street.
- Gippsland line - intercity services to Southern Cross.
Platform 2:
- Dandenong line - all stations services to Dandenong, Pakenham and Cranbourne.
- Gippsland line - intercity services to Traralgon, Sale and Bairnsdale.
