→Louisiana Highway 954 (LA 954) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves East Feliciana Parish. It runs 0.99 miles (1.59 km) in a southwest to northeast direction.

Route description [edit]
From the southwest, LA 954 begins at an intersection with US 61 in the western portion of East Feliciana Parish and heads northeastward. It ends about a mile later an intersection with LA 964.
It is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
History [edit]
Although LA 954 might seem like a strange candidate for a state route, it is a remnant of the pre-1955 highway numbering system. LA 954 exists solely as what is left of the pre-1955 State Route No. 848, a highway that linked the community of Riddle to US 61/State Route 3, which was on the current LA 954. State Route No. 848 exists in two pieces: LA 954, and Parish Road 123.
