Norgesterone (INN), also known as norvinodrel, vinylestrenolone, and vinyl-noretynodrel,[1] is a steroidal progestin of the 19-nortestosterone group.[2] Combined with ethinyl estradiol as Vestalin, it is used as a hormonal contraceptive.[3][4][5]
