Qambar Shahdadkot District (Urdu: ضلع قمبر) is a district of Sindh, Pakistan.

This name was chosen by much conflict between the people of Qambar Ali Khan City and Shahdad Kot City in the days of Chief Minister of Sindh Arbab Ghulam Rahim in 2004. At first its name was Shahdad Kot District but after much protests by Qambar City it was renamed to Qambar Shahdad Kot District.

It was part of Larkana District before it was created a separate district. Kamber-Shahdadkot is a district of Sindh, Pakistan. According to 2009 projected census its population is 0.770 million. Administratively it is subdivided into seven talukas namely Kamber, Shahdadkot, Warah, Mirokhan, Nasirabad, Qubo Seed khan and Sajawal. The district government comprises seven groups of offices i.e. Health, Education, Works & Services, Finance & Planning, Community Development, Revenue and Agriculture besides district administration comprising Zila Nazim, Naib Nazim and District Coordination Officer.
