The Social Welfare (Chinese: 社會福利界), formerly called Social Services, is a functional constituency in the elections for the Legislative Council of Hong Kong first created in 1985. Electors include all the registered social workers. It has been one of the few functional constituencies where were the strongholds of the pro-democrats, held by Cheung Kwok-che in 2008 of the Hong Kong Social Workers' General Union (SWGU).
