TV Patrol Cagayan Valley is a local newscast in Region 2 (Philippines) produced by ABS-CBN Regional Network Group TV-2 Isabela and aired simulcast by TV-3 Tuguegarao City. It uses Tagalog as a medium. The TV Patrol Cagayan Valley news teams cover a wide area encompassing the provinces of Isabela, Cagayan, Batanes, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya.

Anchored by Darlene Gemino, TV Patrol Cagayan Valley airs live from the ABS-CBN Newscenter in Santiago City Mondays to Fridays at 5:15 p.m.
