TV Patrol Cagayan Valley is a local newscast in Region 2 (Philippines) produced by ABS-CBN Regional Network Group TV-2 Isabela and aired simulcast by TV-3 Tuguegarao City. It uses Tagalog as a medium. The TV Patrol Cagayan Valley news teams cover a wide area encompassing the provinces of Isabela, Cagayan, Batanes, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and parts of Benguet, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Apayao, and Kalinga.

Anchored by Darlene Gemino, TV Patrol Cagayan Valley airs live from the ABS-CBN Newscenter in Santiago City Mondays to Fridays at 5:15 p.m. Its is also Simulcast on Radio via MOR 103.1 Santiago, Isabela For Life!
