Problems with this article[edit]

I have tagged this article for improper use of the self-published Catholic-Hierarchy.org. It also cannot indicate Fernandez as a Cardinal yet, since the consistory has not taken place. The "See also" section is useless, because those links are already in the article. The stub tags are wrong, because the article is no longer a stub. Please revert to the version I worked on.
