I agree, it's not really a copyvio. It reads like it was translated, so perhaps its a direct translation of a page originally in french? (though there is no page with this title on the french wikipedia. I'm removing the tag. Dina 23:44, 26 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Confirmed, it was a direct copy and paste of the Google translation of it (http://www.google.com/translate?langpair=fr%7Cen&u=http://www.autodrome-st-eustache.com/autodrome.php). This may or may not be a copyright violation (Probably is, as a derivative work), but it's definately incomprehensible, baised and lame.
