While checking the existing citations, and finding them somewhat lacking, I did find this wordpress site. It seems to show pages from "The best of reflections: History and personal recollections of life in the DuBois area" by Jason S Gray (1991). The wordpress site also has a few other document scans and transcription that may be useful.
