[Untitled][edit]

At this moment, this article contains the same content as Rio de Janeiro. I created it so that there would be a place to expand from the Portuguese article, as requested at the old system of WP:TRANSL. Calliopejen1 (talk) 00:38, 1 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Expansion of page[edit]

If anyone is interested and has time to help out, there is partial translation of this article from PT to EN on my user page. Please feel free to contribute and aid the translation at User:FenderK8

What is missing from the recently created city timeline article? Please add relevant content. Contributions welcome. Thank you. -- M2545 (talk) 16:46, 19 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Pre-colonial history[edit]

As it stands, the history of this wonderful city starts in 1502. I wonder if the world, therefore was created in the same year? No fossils, no earlier archaeological remains, no fauna, no humans, no culture? Whow! I live to learn! Llywelyn2000 (talk) 06:31, 28 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, hold on!.... Llywelyn2000 (talk) 07:09, 28 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
