unsigned/undated comment (pre-October 2011)[edit]

Does not anyone remember the days of journalistic integrity? In the 1980s through the 1990s there was a dynamic incredible individual whom became known as "the darling" of ABC. Though she was every bit as tough as she was beautiful. Kathleen Sullivan.....A Journalistic Pioneer! She was the 1st woman to broadcast the Olympic Games. She broke the glass ceiling for woman in journalism, fought the establishment by suing CBS for discrimination... or something like that. Help out folks.... I know you smart ones know of whom I speak...

Firing[edit]

Ms. Sullivan is not shy about her firing. "They called me old, unattractive and said, 'No one wants to look at her anymore,' " Sullivan told a reporter. "I broke a lot of news interviews, but that wasn't important to them."https://www.baltimoresun.com/news/bs-xpm-1995-03-19-1995078024-story.html This is definitely worthy of inclusion in the article.
