The KT postcode area, also known as the Kingston upon Thames postcode area[2], is a group of 24 postal districts in England which are subdivisions of 18 post towns. Some of these postal districts cover part of south west London and some cover places in north Surrey.

The mail is sorted at the Jubilee Mail Centre in Hounslow. The area served includes parts of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, a small part of the London Borough of Sutton and a small part of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Parts of the Surrey districts of Epsom and Ewell, Reigate and Banstead, Mole Valley, Elmbridge, Guildford, Runnymede and Woking are also covered by this postcode area.
