Fair use rationale for Image:Dharam veer.jpg

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Dharam Veer

Look please do not move an article and grab the name just because your article needs the same name,there are naming conventions that can be used to help out in such cases, you and Pvsamrat did that in this case, I have undone and renamed it, in future request you look to create new name as per the naming convention and not disturb existing name for vague serials no one is even aware of. Look buddy, I have not called you any names, nor used anything abusive for the serial so there is no language I have to watch. On the Vagueness do a google search on Dharam Veer and see what you get. You can have your point of view on that, and I can choose to differ. Main thing is that before making changes to existing articles try and discuss on the articles talk page or with the person who seems to be involved in editing the article.
